Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?
Every new account can claim a 14-day trial of Plus — no credit card required. When it ends you drop back to Free automatically; nothing is charged, ever, unless you choose a paid plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing page in a couple of clicks — no emails, no retention calls. You keep your paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for.
What happens if I go over my plan's limits?
Nothing scary. Everything you've already created keeps working and stays visible — you just can't add new categories, goals, recurring expenses, accounts, or members beyond the limit until you upgrade or tidy up.
Family or Business — which one?
Two of you budgeting together? Plus covers it. Choose Business when you need more than two seats or the limited role — great for kids who log their own spending, or a small team running a shared budget.
What about my data and privacy?
Paid plans are the business model — we don't run ads or sell data. Your budget is visible only to the members you invite, and you can request an export of your data or delete your account at any time.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for ten months, get twelve: Plus is $49/year (vs $59.88 paid monthly) and Business is $99/year (vs $119.88). Switch between monthly and annual from the billing page.
